Heavy rains once again deluged the greater Hudson Valley region all through Wednesday night and all day Thursday and the relentless attack from Mother Nature has caused Accord Speedway Promoter Gary Palmer to cancel the June 19th racing program planned for this evening at the speedway. Threatening clouds hovered above the Hudson Valley throughout the day on Wednesday but the Accord Speedway staff felt they could get the show in before the rains would once again drench the speedway grounds.
